Hunger knows no bounds. A key pillar under the umbrella programme Sunway Food Aid, Sunway Food Bank has made its mark as the largest food bank drive hosted by any conglomerate in Malaysia and is one of Sunway’s primary responses to address national food insecurity. Its implementation is two-pronged: in addition to our role as a donor, we establish platforms for members of the public to contribute and be advocates of this shared food sustainability mission. Donations collected are then channelled through a network of food-access organisations who ensure urban poor individuals across our communities have equitable access to nutritious options to meet their most visceral need.
